1. GENERAL

2. ACCEPTED PLAYERS

2.1 Wolf.io accepts strictly adult players (the minimum age is 18) and players who have reached the age specified by the jurisdiction of the player’s place of residence as eligible for online gaming. 3. GAMES

4.2 You may only use payment methods that belong to you personally. The name registered on your credit or debit card, e-wallet, bank account, or any other payment method used to fund your Player Account must match the name registered on your Wolf.io account.

Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited. Any deposit or withdrawal request made using a payment method not belonging to you may be cancelled, reversed, or result in account suspension pending verification.

4.3 Wolf.io does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your financial institution or payment provider may apply additional charges outside of our control. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • international transaction fees,
  • currency conversion fees,
  • processing or service fees applied by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

4.4 If the currency of your credit/debit card or bank account differs from the FIAT currency selected for your deposit, your bank may automatically perform a currency conversion. Exchange rate variations and additional conversion fees may apply at the discretion of your financial institution.

4.5 Wolf.io is not responsible for any fees, deductions, or exchange rate differences applied by external banking institutions or payment providers. To minimize such charges, we recommend choosing a FIAT currency that matches the currency of your bank account whenever possible.

4.6 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the cryptocurrencies available on the website can only be sent using their primary blockchain networks, using the dedicated addresses found inside the deposit page of each individual currency. Tokens, smart contracts and cross-chain transactions are not supported. Any attempts to send funds via unsupported blockchain technologies, tokens, smart contracts or cross-chain transactions will not reach us. This will result in your transaction being lost and irretrievable.

4.7 ETH (Ethereum) deposits and cashouts are made through ERC-20 blockchain technology, and other technologies are currently not supported. Smart Contract is not supported for deposits and cashouts made in ETH (Ethereum) and USDT (Tether USD), and Tokens are not supported when sending ETH (Ethereum) transactions.

4.8 USDT (Tether USD) deposits and cashouts can be made either through ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20 or SOL blockchain technologies. Other technologies are currently not supported. In order to deposit or cashout through one of the available technologies, you must select the technology from inside the dedicated USDT (Tether USD) deposit page. Sending funds through any other deposit address is not supported and will result in your transaction being lost and irretrievable.

Additionally, cross-chain transactions are not supported. For example, you cannot send USDT from a wallet that supports ERC-20 to a wallet that supports BEP-20 or TRC-20. Any such transactions will result in your transaction being lost and irretrievable.

4.9 USDC (USD Coin) deposits and cashouts can be made through ERC-20 blockchain technology. Other technologies are currently not supported. Sending funds through any other deposit address is not supported and will result in your transaction being lost and irretrievable.

4.10 Currency exchange is NOT possible on-site. That means that, once you deposit in one cryptocurrency, you will only be able to play games that accept said cryptocurrency. Games that use other currencies will not be playable.

4.11 USD conversion allows you to convert the active cryptocurrency balance into USD, but the main currency you play remains the same. If, for example, your active cryptocurrency on the account is BTC, gameplay, deposits and withdrawals are still being processed in BTC.

4.12 Requesting a withdrawal towards your account's deposit address or any other address attached to a Wolf.io account is strictly prohibited. If you attempt to request a withdrawal towards your account's deposit address or any address attached to a Wolf.io account, the transaction will be flagged and your account may be temporarily locked by the system.

4.13 The minimum deposit amount for each currency, both cryptocurrencies and FIAT, is clearly stated on the deposit page corresponding to that currency. When you make a cryptocurrency deposit, your account will be credited with the exact amount shown in the blockchain transaction. It's important to note that the minimum deposit amount does not cover any fees, as Wolf.io does not impose any deposit fees. However, your financial institution, payment provider or personal wallet will deduct a blockchain fee when sending a transaction. Please do NOT attempt to deposit below the specified minimum amounts, as the funds will not be transferred to your player account and will be permanently lost.

4.14 Please note that each individual currency can only be sent through its dedicated deposit address, which can be found on the respective deposit page of that currency. Cross-chain transactions are not supported and should not be attempted under any circumstances. Any such transactions will result in the loss of funds and cannot be recovered.

4.15 In order to make an XRP deposit to your player account, you will need to input the destination tag when sending the transaction. You can find the unique destination tag inside the XRP deposit page. Failure to use the destination tag provided on your deposit page or using an incorrect destination tag will result in your transaction being lost and irretrievable.

4.16 In the unlikely event that a cryptocurrency is sent to an incorrect or unsupported network address (for example, sending USDT via BEP-20 to the USDT ERC-20 deposit address or sending USDT via ERC-20 to the ETH deposit address), the payments processor will attempt recovery only for amounts exceeding or equivalent to 1,000 USD at the time of reporting. Recovery is not guaranteed and will be carried out solely by the payments processor, subject to technical feasibility and network conditions. Furthermore, the retrievement of private keys or unsupported tokens/currencies is not possible.

A recovery fee will apply. The fee amount will vary depending on the currency, network, and complexity, is determined by the payments processor, and will be deducted from any successfully recovered amount. If recovery is not possible, no funds will be returned.

To be eligible for a recovery attempt, you must report the transaction within 7 days of occurrence, and provide the complete transaction hash (TXID) along with any other information reasonably required to verify ownership of the sending wallet.


5. FEES AND TAXES

5.1 You are fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to your winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of your residence.

5.2 You are solely responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your wallet provider, exchange, bank, card issuer or any other third-party payment provider in connection with deposits to or withdrawals from your Player Account.


6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITIES

6.1 By accepting these Terms and Conditions you confirm your awareness of the fact that gambling may lead to losing money. Wolf.io is not liable for any possible financial damage arising from your use of the Website.

6.2 Wolf.io is not liable for any hardware or software defects, unstable or lost Internet connection, or any other technical errors that may limit access to the Website or prevent any players from uninterrupted play.

6.3 In the unlikely case where a wager is confirmed or a payment is performed by us in error, the Company reserves the right to cancel all wagers accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake by re-settling all the wagers at the correct terms that should have been available at the time that the wager was placed in the absence of the error.

6.4 If we mistakenly credit your Player Account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical issue, error in the paytables, human error, or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your Player Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.

6.5 Wolf.io, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers:

  • do not warrant that the software or the Website is/are fit for their purpose;
  • do not warrant that the software and Website are free from errors;
  • do not warrant that the Website and/or games will be accessible without interruptions;
  • shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses, or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising in relation to your use of the Website or your participation in the games.

6.6 You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Wolf.io, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims, and liabilities howsoever caused that may arise in relation to your use of the Website or participation in the Games.

6.7 You acknowledge that Wolf.io shall be the final decision-maker of whether you have violated Wolf.io’s Terms and Conditions in a manner that results in your suspension or permanent barring from participation in the Website.

6.8 Please be advised that our products are consumed instantly when playing. Thus, we cannot provide returns of goods, refunds or cancellation of your service when playing. If you play a game with Bitcoins or any other currency available inside your account, the money will be drawn from your player account instantly.


7. YOUR OBLIGATIONS AS A PLAYER

7.1 You hereby declare and warrant that:

  • You are over 18 years of age or the such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of Your residence (e.g. Estonia – 21 years) and, under the laws applicable to You, legally allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Website.

  • You access your account by username and password. We guarantee that We will not disclose your username and password to any third party. We will also take reasonable efforts to implement protective mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access to Your Account. You, on Your behalf, should protect Your username and password and never disclose them to any third party, also You should take all technical and other efforts to prevent Your username and password from being accessed and obtained by any other person without Your authorization.
  • You confirm that you know and understand the rules of games offered by the website.
  • It is at your discretion to know the payout percentage of each game.

7.2 If We suspect that another person has been using Your Account, We will be entitled to immediately suspend Your Account and block all transactions made from or to Your Account and notify You about our suspicions that unauthorized access may be taking place.

However, it is not our obligation to monitor and detect all unauthorized access to Your Account.

  • You hereby acknowledge and agree, that we take no responsibility for any third-party access to Your Account, and under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any losses and damages incurred by You as a result of misuse of Your username and password by any person or for any unauthorized access to Your Account and all transactions where Your username and password have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid, whether or not authorized by You.
  • You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to You under relevant laws for any winnings that You receive from Wolf.io;
  • You understand that by participating in the Games you take the risk of losing Virtual Funds deposited into Your Member Account;
  • You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing, or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the Games. Wolf.io hereby reserves the right to invalidate any wager in the event of such behavior;
  • You understand that Virtual Funds such as Bitcoin are not considered a legal currency or tender and as such on the Website they are treated as virtual funds with no intrinsic value.
  • You understand that Bitcoin value can change dramatically depending on the market value.
  • You are not allowed to use any payment methods that belong to a Third-party or person.

7.3 Games played on Our site should be played in the same manner as games played in any other setting. This means that players should be courteous to each other and avoid rude or obscene comments.


8. PLAYER ACCOUNT

8.1 Each player can create only one (1) personal account.

8.2 Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single player can lead to termination of all such accounts and confiscation of all funds on the balances. The player shall not provide access to their Player Account or allow using the Website to any third party including but not limited to minors.

8.3 Only one account on Wolf.io can be opened per person, one IP address, one physical address, one device, and one payment wallet. The violation of this rule may lead to the blocking of the account and confiscation of the active balance.

8.4 Any returns, winnings, or bonuses which the player has gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active may be reclaimed by us, and players undertake to return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.

8.5 The Website can only be used for personal purposes and shall not be used for any type of commercial profit. You must maintain your account and keep your details up-to-date.

8.6 You must enter all mandatory information requested into your registration form, including a valid e-mail address; if you do not enter a valid email address, we will be unable to help you recover any “forgotten passwords”. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete, and correct.

8.7 As part of the registration process, you must fill in the required profile information in order to unlock the ability to make deposits and withdrawals. Providing fake or incorrect information may lead to your account being blocked and funds retained.

8.8  Wolf.io prohibits player collusion and does not allow any kind of robots and programmed devices to participate in gameplay. Wolf.io reserves the right to void any gameplay which results from the use of robots and/or programmed devices.

8.9 Players must perform at least one deposit on the platform before being eligible to withdraw any wins derived from personal funds, bonus funds, prize awards, or any other source of income on the platform.

8.10 If a player’s account stays inactive during 12 months (the account holder performs no deposits, bets or withdrawals), it is considered a Dormant Account. The casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of 10$ or cryptocurrency equivalent (or the current balance of your Player Account, if less than 10$) as long as the balance of the Player Account remains positive. While the account is dormant, you authorize the Company to deduct the fee from your Player Account at the beginning of the month following the day on which your Player Account is deemed dormant, and at the beginning of each subsequent month that your Player Account remains dormant. The casino will stop deducting the fee if the account balance is zero or if the account is re-activated. If the player decides to re-activate their Dormant Account, they shall contact casino support team.

8.11 To assist you in gambling responsibly we offer the Personal Limits feature. You can set limits on the amount you lose, wager, spend in one game (inside the Casino side), or on your account activity on the whole. This functionality can be accessed within your account in the "Personal Limits" section. Limits can be amended at any time. A decrease in the limit will take effect immediately, however an increase may only occur after email confirmation and only after the previous limit of the same type expires, in order to avoid rash decisions.   • Loss Limit. A limit on your losses in the casino for a day, a week, or a month. Please note the loss is based on the initial deposit and not winnings attributed to the deposited amount.   • Wager Limit. A limit on the wagered amount for a day, a week, or a month. This limit currently applies only inside the Casino side.
  • Cooling-Off Limit. You can set a Cooling-Off Period for a definite period of time. While the limit is active you cannot deposit to the Casino and you will be excluded from all promotional offers, although you may withdraw the remaining funds during this period. Cooling-Off period is applied to your account immediately. Upon its expiring your account will automatically be re-activated. This limit applies to the account as a whole, including both Casino and Sportsbook.
  • Self-Exclusion Limit. You can set a Self-Exclusion Limit for a definite period of time. Upon doing so your Player Account will immediately be disabled and you will be excluded from all promotional offers for the set period. You will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds when the limit is active. Upon its expiring your account will automatically be re-activated.   • Session limit. You can limit the amount of time spent gambling. The restriction takes effect instantly. If you hit the limit, you will be automatically logged out of your account. 9. WITHDRAWAL POLICY

9.1 At least one deposit is necessary to withdraw funds. All wagering requirements have to be fulfilled. The account may be subject to security verifications prior to the first withdrawal.

9.2 In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposited amounts must be wagered at least once prior to requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies to both FIAT and Cryptocurrency deposits unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players remain fully responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their winnings according to the laws of their jurisdiction.

9.3 Wolf.io reserves the right to carry out additional verification procedures during the processing of any withdrawal whenever deemed necessary by our payments or security teams. Such verification may include requesting a copy of the player’s passport or national identification document, a recent utility bill for proof of address, or copies of the debit or credit cards used to make deposits. These requirements apply to both FIAT and Cryptocurrency users. Withdrawals may remain on hold until all requested documents have been submitted and verified to the satisfaction of the Company.

9.4 Where available, Wolf.io may process withdrawals to Visa cards via Original Credit Transfer (OCT) and to Mastercard cards via Payment Transfer. These payout methods cannot be used with corporate cards and are only available for cards issued in supported regions. Even when all conditions are met, the issuing bank may, at its sole discretion, block or refuse the payout, and Wolf.io cannot guarantee successful processing of such transactions.

9.5 When players deposit or withdraw using credit or debit cards denominated in other currencies, their bank may perform an automatic currency conversion. As a result, the amount displayed on a player’s bank statement may appear in EUR or USD and may differ slightly from the amount shown on the Website at the time of the transaction. Any such differences may arise from exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by the bank, and Wolf.io has no control over these charges.

9.6 Withdrawals processed via bank transfer are sent exclusively in Euro. Players whose bank accounts are denominated in another currency may incur conversion fees, which are applied directly by their bank. Bank transfer withdrawals are generally processed within three to ten banking days, depending on the receiving institution. Bank transfers cannot be used for USD withdrawals.

9.7 In the event that a player wins a substantial amount, as determined at the sole discretion of Wolf.io, the withdrawal may be subject to additional verification with the relevant game provider. This process is mandatory and may result in the withdrawal taking longer than standard processing times.

9.8 Players who deposit funds in USD may only withdraw via supported e-wallets. Verification of the deposit method and satisfaction of any minimum deposit requirements may be necessary before these withdrawal methods can be activated.

9.9 Wolf.io does not charge any fees for processing FIAT withdrawals. However, players should be aware that their bank or payment provider may apply fees or other charges related to the transaction, and Wolf.io has no control over such fees.

9.10 Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the original deposit. For example, if a player deposits using Skrill, any winnings derived from that deposit must be withdrawn using Skrill as well.

9.11 Players can request for a cash bonus or deposit bonus to be removed, but along with the bonus amount, all winnings will be removed as well. Once requested, the procedure cannot be reversed.

9.12 If a cash bonus, or a part of it, is used for a product not described in the promotional material before the requirements have been met, all winnings become void and withdrawals of funds connected with the Cash Bonus (either winnings from wagering the Cash Bonus or the Cash Bonus itself) will be voided. 9.13 lf, while playing at Wolf.io, you win a sum of money tied to a promotion of noteworthy variety, you agree to set aside time for any publicity event arranged by the Company. The Company ensures the protection of any and all personal information, however, we reserve the right to utilize usernames when making public posts regarding promotion results.

9.14 The maximum amount that may be withdrawn by a player is $100,000 (or currency equivalent) within any 7-day period, and $200,000 (or currency equivalent) within any 30-day period. Exceptions may apply as outlined in specific promotional Terms & Conditions and may also be granted at the sole discretion of the casino to players with higher VIP status or those who have won a progressive jackpot.

9.15 In the event of a large withdrawal request, the website reserves the right to process the payout in structured monthly instalments of up to $200,000 (or currency equivalent) until the full amount has been settled. This measure may be applied for operational, security, or compliance reasons.

9.16 When a user requests a withdrawal, it is mandatory to confirm the withdrawal address if the withdrawal amount exceeds $500 or its currency equivalent. Withdrawal requests for amounts below the aforementioned threshold will be processed by our team without requiring address confirmation. Users are hereby informed that it is their sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the withdrawal address provided during the withdrawal process. 10. CASINO BONUS PAYMENTS

10.1 Deposit bonuses are valid for 1 day unless otherwise stated in promotional material. If the player does not meet the wagering requirements within the 1 day period, their bonus and any winnings will expire and will be voided. Unless stated otherwise, all time and date references in relation to bonuses and promotions are based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

10.2 Winnings from any casino bonus will become a part of the real money balance only after having wagered the value of the bonus 40 or 50 times, depending on the bonus. For example: If a player received a 10 mBTC bonus with a 40x wagering requirement he will need to wager 400 mBTC before any winnings and the bonus will become part of the real money balance.

10.4 For any bet, placed bets are deducted from the player’s real money balance. If no real money balance is available then the bet placed is deducted from the player’s bonus balance.

10.5 We reserve the right to remove the bonus and all winnings if a withdrawal request is made prior to meeting the wagering requirements. Winnings should be withdrawn only after the wagering requirements have been met.

10.7 The Company may change or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion at any given time.

10.8 By using the bonus funds for play the player has accepted and agreed to all the above Terms and Conditions, and any other requirements or conditions stated in the promotional material.


11. ADVANTAGE PLAY

11.1 Should Wolf.io become aware of any user who has accepted the bonus or a promotion with the sole purpose of creating a positive expected value on bonus return by using known practices aimed at securing cash out of said bonus or in any way trying to take advantage of bonuses received by Wolf.io, then Wolf.io will enforce immediate confiscation of winnings and closure of the account with the right to withhold any further withdrawals. 12. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

12.1 The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and utilizes various anti-fraud tools and techniques. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions including, but not limited to:

  • participating in any type of collusion with other players
  • development of strategies aimed at gaining unfair winnings (included but not limited to Card Counting with the help of specialised software/tools, Bot Usage, Software Exploits)

  • creating two or more accounts;
  • providing incorrect registration data;
  • providing forged documents;
  • money laundering;

If it is discovered that a user has participated in any type of fraudulent activity, Wolf.io reserves the right to permanently close the account and declare the account balance (including but not limited to winnings, bonuses, gifts, deposits) void.

12.2 If a player becomes bankrupt in the country of their residence, the Company reserves the right to terminate such Player Account and suspend all payouts to the player. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Company and the player will not be notified or informed about the reasons for such actions. The Company also reserves the right to inform applicable regulatory bodies of the fraudulent actions performed by the player.

12.3 Wolf.io has zero tolerance for advantage play. Any player who will try to gain an advantage of casino welcome offers or other promotions agrees that Company reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings from such bonuses, for the reasons:

  • chargebacks and double spends;
  • creating more than one account in order to get an advantage from casino promotions;

12.4 In the event of a chargeback on a player’s account, Wolf.io reserves the right to take any of the following actions:

  • deduct an amount equivalent to the player’s available balance in order to compensate for damages, fees, or expenses incurred as a result of the chargeback;
  • pursue additional damages or financial losses by contacting the player through any communication method provided during registration, including email or phone;
  • close the player’s account and void any winnings associated with, or obtained as a result of, the chargeback or attempted chargeback.

12.5 Wolf.io reserves the right to close your Player Account and to refund to you the amount on your account balance, subject to deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at Casino’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.

12.6 In order to verify a player`s account casino management require documents (ID, payment systems, utility bills еtc) in Latin alphabet. 12.9 Wolf.io reserves the right to declare a wager void partially or in full if  Wolf.io, at its own discretion, would deem it obvious that any of the following circumstances have occurred:

  • You or people associated with you may directly or indirectly influence the outcome of an event, to obtain an unlawful advantage,
  • You and or people associated with you are directly or indirectly avoiding the rules of Wolf.io,
  • the result of an event has been directly or indirectly affected by criminal activity,
  • wagers have been placed that would not have been accepted otherwise, but that were accepted during periods when the website has been affected by technical problems,
  • due to an error, such as a mistake, misprint, technical error, force majeure, or otherwise, wagers have been offered, placed, and or accepted due to this error.

12.10 Wolf.io is not a financial institution and thus should not be treated as such. Your account will not bear any interest and no conversion or exchange services (including fiat-crypto exchange) will be offered at any time.

12.11 In accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, enhanced due diligence may be done in respect of withdrawals of funds not used for wagering. We provide a player with a withdrawal only when the sum of bets made since the last deposit is more than one (1) time the size of that deposit in slot games or one (1) time for live and table games. If a player requests a cash out without fulfilling this condition, the cash out will be declined till the conditions are met. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Casino.

12.12 If it is discovered that a deposit is the result of a double-spend, it will be considered an act of fraud. In the event/instance that a deposit you make to your player account does not clear the Blockchain within one hour, it will be considered fraud and our bitcoin payment processor will automatically flag those transactions. Flagged transactions will cause your player account to automatically be disabled. The player will be notified of this decision via email, and the Company may also be required to report the matter to relevant regulatory authorities where necessary.

12.15 Wolf.io reserves the right to declare any wager void, in whole or in part, if we determine at our sole discretion that any of the following circumstances have occurred:

  • you, or any person acting on your behalf or in association with you, has directly or indirectly influenced the outcome of an event in order to obtain an unlawful advantage;
  • you, or individuals linked to you, have attempted to bypass or otherwise avoid the rules of Wolf.io;
  • the outcome of an event has been directly or indirectly affected by criminal, unlawful, or prohibited activity;
  • wagers were placed that would not ordinarily have been accepted, but were submitted and accepted during periods of technical malfunction or interruption affecting the Website;
  • wagers were offered, placed, or accepted due to an operational error, including but not limited to misprints, mistakes, technical issues, force majeure events, or any other comparable error.

12.16 Wolf.io will retain any payments if your account raises reasonable suspicion of manipulation or if you are found to have interfered with, exploited, or attempted to exploit the Casino’s systems. Criminal charges may be pursued against any player or individual who manipulates or attempts to manipulate the Casino system. Wolf.io further reserves the right to terminate or amend any promotion, bonus, event, or gameplay session that is determined to have been externally manipulated, in order to restore it to its proper state prior to the violation.


13 KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (“KYC”)

13.1. Wolf.io reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a User. Failure or denial to pass the identity check will result in confiscation of the entire balance.

13.3. It is the responsibility of the player to ensure that all documents as a part of the KYC process are genuine. In case of false personal data provided by the players, the withdrawal will be refused and the user account will be terminated. The player will be informed thereof by email. In case of the faked or fraudulent documents provided will result in confiscation of deposits and potential winnings of the player.
